Elachista flavicilia is a moth of the Elachistidae family. It is found in Australia.[1]
The wingspan is 9-11 mm for males and 9.9-10.7 mm for females. The forewings are rusty brown intermixed with bluish white scales forming irregular longitudinal stripes, except near the margins. The hindwings are grey.
